1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and nw108 ("we", "us", "our", "the Company", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the nw108 website located at https://nw108.cam and all associated services, features, content, and applications (collectively, the "Services"). • Not create multiple accounts. Each User is permitted only one account on nw108. Duplicate accounts will be suspended, and any associated funds may be forfeited.
• Not allow any other person to access or use your account. Accounts are non-transferable and cannot be sold, gifted, or shared with third parties.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

nw108 is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. To comply with regulatory requirements and protect our Users, we reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• A clear copy or photograph of your Indonesian National ID (KTP) showing your full name, date of birth, photograph, and ID number.
• A selfie photograph of you holding your ID document next to your face for facial recognition verification.
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document dated within the last three months).
• Payment method verification, including screenshots or statements showing your name and the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits.

4. Deposits and Account Funding

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be rejected or refunded.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply as specified on the Platform and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are typically processed instantly for e-wallets and within 5-15 minutes for bank transfers. Processing times may be longer during bank holidays or technical issues beyond our control.
• nw108 does not charge fees for deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are your responsibility.
• Deposited funds are intended for gaming purposes only. nw108 is not a banking institution and accounts should not be used for money transmission or other non-gaming purposes.
• We reserve the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that we suspect is associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of these Terms.

5. Withdrawals and Payouts

5.1 Withdrawal Process

Users may request withdrawals of their available account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the User's own name, matching the name on the nw108 account.
• The account must be fully verified (KYC completed) before the first withdrawal can be processed. Subsequent withdrawals do not require re-verification unless we request updated documents.
• Any bonus funds or pending bonus wagering requirements must be cleared before withdrawal. Unfulfilled bonus wagering will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply as specified on the Platform (typically Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 25,000 for e-wallets).
• Maximum withdrawal limits may apply on a per-transaction, daily, weekly, or monthly basis. VIP tier members may enjoy higher withdrawal limits.

5.2 Processing Times

nw108 strives to process withdrawal requests as quickly as possible. Standard processing times are:

• E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay): Instant to 30 minutes for verified accounts.
• Bank transfers (BCA, BRI): 15 minutes to 2 hours during banking hours.
• Bank transfers (BNI, Mandiri, other banks): 30 minutes to 4 hours during banking hours.
• First-time withdrawals requiring KYC verification: 1 to 24 hours after documents are approved.
• Processing times may be extended during Indonesian public holidays, weekends, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

5.3 Withdrawal Fees

nw108 does not charge withdrawal processing fees. However, standard interbank transfer fees imposed by Indonesian banks (typically Rp 2,500 to Rp 6,500) will be deducted from the withdrawal amount by the receiving bank. These fees are set by Indonesian financial institutions and are beyond our control.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

nw108 may offer various bonuses and promotions to Users from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which must be read and accepted before claiming. General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses are promotional credits and are not withdrawable until wagering requirements are met.
• Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be wagered before bonus funds and associated winnings become withdrawable (e.g., 10x rollover means a Rp 100,000 bonus requires Rp 1,000,000 total wagering).
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates are specified in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses typically have an expiration period. Unclaimed or unused bonuses will expire as specified in the promotion terms.
• Maximum bet limits may apply when wagering bonus funds to prevent abuse (e.g., maximum Rp 50,000 per bet).
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players. We reserve the right to cancel bonuses and void winnings if we detect bonus abuse, irregular play patterns, or violation of bonus terms.
• Only one active bonus per User at a time unless otherwise stated. Bonuses cannot be combined without explicit permission.
• Users may opt out of bonuses or forfeit active bonuses at any time by contacting customer support.

7. Sports Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on nw108 are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets must be placed before the published start time of the event. Late bets may be voided.
• nw108 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at our discretion, particularly if we suspect fraudulent activity or technical error.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the User. Carefully review all bet details before submission.
• Settlement of bets is based on official results published by governing sports bodies or game providers. nw108's decision on bet settlement is final.
• If an event is postponed or cancelled, bets will typically be voided and stakes returned, unless the event is rescheduled within 48 hours.
• Obvious pricing errors ("palpaable errors") will be corrected, and affected bets may be voided regardless of settlement status.

7.2 Sports-Specific Rules

Different sports have specific betting rules governing markets, settlement, and dead heat scenarios. Users should review sport-specific rules available on the Platform for football, basketball, tennis, badminton, MotoGP, E-sports, and other offerings. Key sports rules include:

• Football: Bets are settled based on 90 minutes of regular time plus injury time, unless otherwise specified. Extra time and penalty shootouts do not count unless explicitly stated in the market name.
• Asian Handicap: Quarter-line handicaps split stakes between two adjacent lines. Settlement rules for winning, losing, and push scenarios apply as per industry standards.
• Live Betting: In-play odds are subject to rapid change. Bets placed during a significant event (goal, red card, penalty) may be rejected or subject to revised odds.

7.3 Casino and Lottery Games

Casino games including slots, live dealer games, table games, and lottery products (including togel, the Indonesian term for Toto Gelap or lottery-style number games) are provided by third-party game providers and are subject to the rules published by those providers. All games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair outcomes. nw108 cannot influence game results. In the event of a dispute regarding casino or lottery game outcomes, the provider's decision is final and binding.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities while using nw108 Services:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen payment methods, fabricated identity documents, or engaging in any form of fraud or deception.
• Collusion and Cheating: Colluding with other Users, exploiting software bugs, using automated betting bots, or employing any unfair advantage.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one account to abuse bonuses or circumvent restrictions.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to launder money or process funds obtained illegally.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematically exploiting odds discrepancies between different platforms or markets to guarantee profit.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts, coordinating with other Users, or manipulating game rules to abuse bonus terms.
• Chargebacks: Disputing legitimate deposits or initiating payment reversals without valid reason.
• Reverse Engineering: Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack any part of the Platform's software or systems.

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action. nw108 cooperates with law enforcement agencies to prosecute fraudulent activity.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Suspension by nw108

nw108 reserves the right to suspend or close any User account at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if we believe:

• The User has violated any provision of these Terms.
• The User has engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activities.
• The User's account is being used for money laundering or other illicit purposes.
• The User has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• The User is underage or otherwise ineligible to use the Services.
• Suspension is necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or other Users.

Upon suspension, any remaining account balance may be forfeited if the suspension is due to violation of Terms. If the suspension is for verification purposes only, legitimate funds will be returned after successful verification.

9.2 Self-Exclusion and Voluntary Closure

Users may request voluntary account closure or self-exclusion at any time for responsible gaming purposes. To initiate closure, contact our customer support team via live chat or email. Self-exclusion periods can range from 24 hours to permanent closure. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. Any remaining account balance will be returned to you after any pending bets are settled, subject to verification and applicable wagering requirements. 10. Intellectual Property

All content, features, functionality, trademarks, logos, graphics, software, and materials available on the nw108 platform are the exclusive property of nw108 or our third-party licensors and are protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our express written permission.
• Use the nw108 name, logo, or trademarks without our prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nw108, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount of funds in your account at the time the claim arose, or Rp 5,000,000, whichever is lower. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless nw108, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, employees, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Services.
• Your breach of these Terms.
• Your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
• Any content you submit or transmit through the Platform.
• Your fraudulent, negligent, or willful misconduct.

13. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including their existence, validity, interpretation, performance, breach, or termination, shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (Badan Arbitrase Nasional Indonesia / BANI) in Jakarta. The arbitration shall be conducted in English or Bahasa Indonesia as mutually agreed. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

15. Severability
